Cash payment must be made in the evening before the check-out date, between 18:00 and 20:00, or in the chech-out morning between 8:00 and 9:30.
We accept credit cards just for three-night stays or longer.
Guests must keep with them both room and main entrance keys, then leave them to receptionist when checking-out.
Guests must check-out before 10:00.
Between 8:00 and 11:00 we need free access to the rooms, in order to clean up them. If guests stay in the room, we will delay the cleaning to the day after, in the same hours.
Please respect the silence at night-time.
Breakfast and dinner are served by punctual reservation only.
In respect of the local law, as we informed the municipality in 1st august 2016, our hotel is not equipped for hosting pets (see article 8 subsection 3 of Regional Law n. 37/2010 and article 40 subsection 6 of the guidelines attached to regional deliberation n. 1731/2012).
